1. Customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive
damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging when reporting an issue.
4. Refunds or replacements will only be approved after verification by our team.
5. Minor color variations due to screen settings or printing processes are not considered defects.
6. Products cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-approved
design errors.
7. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by MerchoLab.
